Client Implementation Specialist, AVP

As a Client Implementation Specialist, AVP at our Mumbai location, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient delivery of implementation & documentation tasks. Working under the direct supervision of Client Implementation Manager(s), you will be responsible for tasks such as document generation, electronic banking system setups, testing, and resolving client queries and issues. You will liaise with the onshore implementation and service team on various documentation requirements including new/sub-account opening, signatory updates, KYC, EBICS setup, account closure, and more. Ensuring timely delivery of document packages with quality, managing implementation-related documentation, and coordinating with internal parties will be key responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should have proficiency in German speaking and writing. Fluency in German with 5-6 years of experience is essential. Additionally, 5-8 years of handling client-facing roles and 4-5 years of experience in Cash Management products are preferred. Experience in IT systems administration/Networking will be advantageous, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills in German.
