Job Description

The Client Director for the Enterprise Vertical at HCL Software is a key role where you will be responsible for driving overall software growth for the customers. As an Individual Contributor, you will play an essential part in the account management team, collaborating to not only meet but exceed client expectations. Your main focus will be on expanding the existing software base and acquiring new customers through software sales. Joining our team of Client Directors means establishing and maintaining long-term relationships built on trust with our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, growing business from existing clients, and actively seeking out new sales opportunities. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, starting each day with enthusiasm to establish new relationships and nurture existing ones. Additionally, you will address client inquiries and identify potential business opportunities among current customers. As a Client Director, your role will involve liaising with various internal teams, such as Customer Success and Sales, to enhance the overall customer experience. In this position, meeting with clients will enable you to establish strong rapport and effectively educate them about our services. It is essential that you possess industry knowledge substantial enough to engage in C-suite conversations with customers and recommend the appropriate HCL solutions. Working alongside a team of seasoned professionals, you will have the opportunity to enhance your knowledge, skills, and experience with a leading player in the Enterprise Software industry. Mandatory Requirements: - Minimum 15 years of proven IT Sales experience managing large accounts, driving significant deals, and showcasing sales excellence in Enterprise Software Sales. - At least 5 years of experience in selling Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Software/Software solutions. - Current base in Delhi NCR with future work location also in Delhi NCR. - Previous experience working with large BFSI, Enterprise, and other Conglomerates in the region. - Strong relationships with CXOs & Business Decision makers in the region. - Prior experience in large Software OEMs would be advantageous. - Demonstrated ability and track record of selling cross-brand software solutions would be a plus. - Must possess integrity, goal-setting ability, process orientation, time management skills, and a drive to succeed. - Bachelor's Degree required, while a Master's degree is a bonus. Other Requirements: - Identify and qualify product and solution leads within managed accounts. - Ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels. - Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative sales approach. - Quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment. - Professional and energetic with regular internal communication and interaction. - Resourceful individual who knows where to find answers when needed.,
