This person will manage delivery for a US Client Account for multiple geographies with multiple service lines involving Infrastructure support, Business Services, and IT Application Delivery.

He/She/They will have 20-25 years of experience in Managing Client Relationship with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales. A Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is strongly preferred. This person is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction. They use their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset.
a. Experience in end-to-end delivery/program management of large programs is a must
b. Ability to drive geographically distributed teams across US and India
c. Leadership experience in continuous improvement initiatives and operations
d. Thorough Knowledge of contract management & financial management
e. Knowledge of application development and test methodologies/lifecycles is preferred
f. Hands on and can-do attitude whilst demonstrating highest business ethics and compliance
g. Ability to coach Program/Project Managers is desirable
h. Business level fluency in English is required
i. Proven experience in delivering digital projects
j. Proven experience using a range of agile project management methods
k. Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
l. Understanding of the digital landscape
m. Experience in matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams
