Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Client Delivery Manager to oversee the performance, engagement, and governance of 3040 testing professionals deployed across client locations. This role blends delivery oversight, people management, and testing expertise to ensure high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Governance & Delivery Oversight

  • Ensure consistent delivery of services aligned with client SLAs and KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, audits, and feedback sessions to maintain delivery excellence.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to delivery, compliance, and resource performance.

People Management

  • Lead and mentor a distributed team of QA professionals across client sites.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
  • Resolve interpersonal and performance-related issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and continuous skill development of team members.

Testing Expertise

  • Provide strategic guidance on testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Support teams in functional, regression, and automation testing efforts.
  • Review test plans, cases, and defect reports to ensure quality standards.
  • Collaborate with QA leads and client teams to optimize testing workflows and outcomes.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement across delivery and people practices.
  • Analyze performance data, client feedback, and testing metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Implement process enhancements, automation strategies, and best practices to boost efficiency and quality.
  • Track and report the impact of improvement initiatives on delivery KPIs and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Overall 6-8 years of experience
  • 3+ years in software testing (manual and automation).
  • 3+ years in a delivery governance and people management role.
  • Proven experience managing teams deployed at client sites.
  • Strong understanding of testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, JIRA) and QA lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Testing certification.
  • Experience in staffing or IT services industry.
