• Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational off)
• Shifts: 7am-10pm rotational shifts
• Eligibility Criteria: Any Graduation, HSc with a minimum of 2 Years of experience can also apply.
• Experience: 0 to 7 years (max)

Responsibilities:

• Role Overview:

As a Client Delivery Executive, youll act as the communication bridge between IDfy and our vendors, ensuring smooth, timely, and quality-driven client deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

•Communicate with vendors via email and phone to coordinate deliverables

•Follow up proactively to ensure on-time completion of client tasks

•Update and maintain accurate records of interactions and delivery timelines

•Raise alerts for delays, bottlenecks, or quality issues

•Ensure compliance with client requirements and service-level agreements (SLAs)

•Collaborate with internal teams for process improvements and smoother execution

Skills Needed:

• Excellent communication skills.

• Knowledge of BGV
• Comfortable with client management.
• Customer service orientation.
