Client Data Specialist

You will play a lead role in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful relationships to ensure exceptional customer experiences. As a Client Data Specialist in the KYC/AML team, your primary responsibility will be to understand and implement KYC standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures. You will be entrusted with handling and safeguarding confidential client documentation, verifying client data, and reviewing client processes to ensure compliance with firm-wide quality standards. This role will involve active engagement with the Middle office and participation in KYC/AML interactions, providing a dynamic and rewarding environment for professional growth and development. Your key responsibilities will include understanding and implementing KYC standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures, managing confidential client documentation, and reviewing client data and processes to uphold firm-wide quality standards. You will also be required to interpret alerts, communicate effectively with management when necessary, and collaborate with the Middle office to complete KYC/AML cases within specified timelines. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Graduate Degree, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in KYC (experience in Audit, Control, Risk, AML, or Research is also valuable). Strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills are essential, with the ability to analyze extensive data sets effectively. A client-focused approach, excellent customer engagement skills, and a proven track record of adhering to controls and compliance standards are key attributes for success in this role.
