Understand client needs, hiring trends, and staffing demands to align with business goals.
Contribute to revenue growth by developing a strong client pipeline.
Track, analyze, and report business development activities to management.
6 months 2 years of proven experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition within IT Staffing.
Experience in a startup environment is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of the IT staffing domain, industry trends, and client acquisition strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about business growth.
