As a Business Development Partner at GraphiBee Private Limited, you will be a vital part of our team with the potential to transition into a long-term partnership. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Identifying and reaching out to potential clients in Bhubaneswar and beyond. - Clearly and confidently pitching GraphiBees services to prospects. - Building and managing relationships with clients throughout the deal process. - Collaborating with the core team to understand our offerings and refine pitch strategies. - Working towards converting a minimum of 5 quality clients within the initial 2-month trial period, with full team support post-closure. - Representing the company professionally in local meetings and communications. In addition to the role responsibilities, we offer you: - A 2-month contractual position with a defined work and profit-sharing agreement (20% share of net profits). - Mentorship and collaboration with the founding team. - The real opportunity to evolve into a permanent equity partner based on performance. - Flexibility, creative freedom, and active involvement in the growth of a promising startup. - An open and positive work culture that values results, learning, and impact. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities: - Strong communication, persuasion, and client handling skills. - Sincerity, responsibility, and proactiveness with a founders mindset. - Based in Bhubaneswar or willing to work physically in the area for local outreach. - Prior experience is not mandatory; we prioritize hunger and energy over CV qualifications. - Willingness to take initiative, assume ownership of tasks, and work independently. Moreover, it would be a bonus if you have: - Sales or client handling experience in marketing, design, or service industries. - An existing network or contacts within Bhubaneswar businesses. This position is a Contract role for 2 Months with the potential for a Partnership post evaluation. The location is Bhubaneswar, Odisha, requiring a combination of fieldwork and remote coordination. Your compensation will be based on a profit-sharing model, entitling you to 20% of net profits from all new deals you close. Additionally, during the trial period, you will receive 20% of the companys current profits for a transparent view of financial operations. Upon successful completion of the trial and alignment with company goals, a formal partnership can be established after jointly closing at least 5 clients.
