Key Responsibilities
  • Bid and manage leads on

    Upwork & Freelancer

  • Qualify prospects and understand client requirements

  • Conduct Zoom / Google Meet calls

    with potential clients
  • Close deals and hand over projects to the internal team
  • Maintain basic follow-ups and deal status

  • Minimum 2 years experience

    on Upwork / Freelancer
  • Proven experience

    closing deals

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Comfortable with targets and accountability

  • Open to working in a fast-paced startup environment
