Job Description

Birnan & Brond is looking for a Client Acquisition Executive with at least 1 year of experience in lead generation. The role involves generating and qualifying leads through Email Marketing and LinkedIn Marketing, conducting market research, and supporting the sales team by building a strong pipeline of prospects.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients through email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Research industries, companies, and decision-makers to create target lists.
• Maintain and update leads database with accurate details.
• Work with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion rates.
• Track and report performance of lead generation activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or lead generation.
• Proficiency in Email Marketing and LinkedIn Marketing.
• Strong research and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Malayalam (spoken & written).
• Knowledge of CRM tools preferred.
• Must have a personal laptop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
