Role Overview: As a data entry operator at Maxtech Data House Private Limited in Noida, UP, India, you will be responsible for operating an alphanumeric keyboard, proficiently using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, transcribing procedures and relevant data entry equipment, applying your experience and judgment in selecting procedures, and maintaining a production priority schedule. You will also be expected to organize and maintain a library of documents and perform any additional duties as directed by your supervisor. Key Responsibilities: - Operate an alphanumeric keyboard. - Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook. - Understand and transcribe procedures and relevant data entry equipment. - Apply experience and judgment in selecting procedures to be followed. - Search for interpretation, selection, or coding of items to be entered from a variety of document sources. - Maintain a production priority schedule and operate independently. - Organize and maintain library of documents. - Perform additional duties as directed by supervisor.
