Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerical Executive to support our administrative and accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including handling departmental bills, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day office operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School Diploma; a degree or diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or Accounting is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in clerical, administrative, or billing roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive financial documents confidentially.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
