The Role: Claims Adjudication & Processing

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management, analysis, and adjudication of complex claims originating from international territories.

• Claims Review & Decision:

  Independently analyze, verify, and adjudicate international claims against policy provisions, client guidelines, and varying global regulations.

• Compliance & Audit:

  Ensure every claim decision strictly adheres to international standards, including data privacy laws, minimizing risk and ensuring audit readiness.

• Case Resolution:

  Manage a portfolio of active claims, resolving discrepancies, investigating irregularities, and coordinating with underwriters, brokers, and third-party administrators (TPAs).

• Communication:

  Handle high-level, professional written communication with international stakeholders regarding claim status, documentation needs, and final outcomes.

• Accuracy & Quality:

  Maintain exceptional quality standards and meet challenging turnaround times (TAT) and processing metrics (KPIs).

Essential Qualifications & Experience

Candidates who do not meet these mandatory requirements will not be considered.

• Experience:

  A minimum of

  2 years

  of direct, hands-on experience in

  International Claims Processing, Claims Adjudication

  , or Specialized Medical/Insurance Billing within a BPO, TPA, or insurance/reinsurance environment.

• Education

  : Bachelor's degree in any stream.

• Communication

  : Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal

  (NO MTI/RTI)

  English is essential for interacting with global clients and reading complex policy documentation.

• Domain Knowledge

  : Solid, verifiable understanding of international insurance terminology, claims lifecycle, and complex policy structures.

• Availability

  : Must be an immediate joiner or available to join within a week.

• Shift

  : Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) to align with international time zones.

• Salary -

  Up to 5 LPA (Subject to experience and last drawn).

• Working Days & Week Off -

  5 Days and 2 Rotational Off with 24*7 Shift

• Cab Facility

  Available Subject to Hiring Zone.

• Age Limit -

  Max. 30
