What are we looking for?
Skillset:Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution. While a degree in finance, commerce, or business administration is an advantage, it is not mandatory. Experience in the UK Life and Pensions domain (Preferred, not mandatory)Prior experience in the UK Life and Pensions domain is preferredOpen to flexible shifts based on business requirements.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally in both internal and external interactions. Demonstrates excellent time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Must have/ minimum requirement:With 6+ years of experience in the UK Life, Pensions and Investment Services domain, with core expertise in Claims Processing. Candidates with equivalent experience in U.S. retirement services will also be considered.Proven experience beyond BAU activities in roles such as Subject Matter Expert (SME), Domain Specialist, Trainer, or Quality Reviewer, preferably within the Life and Pensions insurance space.Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools for daily operations, data validation, documentation, and reporting.Review and assess insurance claims to evaluate eligibility, determine benefit entitlements, and ensure appropriate coverage decisions are made.Identify and validate the appropriate payee or beneficiary for disbursement, ensuring timely and compliant payments.Ensure all claims activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and local/international insurance regulations.Respond to queries and requests from Business Partners and Client Support Teams with minimal turnaround time, maintaining high standards of service delivery.Provide ongoing query resolution support, training sessions, and refresher programs to enhance team knowledge and consistency.Regularly review and update job aids/process guides, ensuring documentation reflects the latest procedures and compliance changes.Conduct periodic knowledge checks and gap analysis to identify training needs and implement corrective actions.Take an active role in process improvement and automation initiatives, recommending changes that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.Ensure full compliance with established Quality Control standards, consistently achieving required benchmarks.
