Claims Executive

Role Overview: As an Executive/Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager in Claims at our location in Sitapura, Rajasthan, your main responsibility will be to handle motor claims within the region, which includes processing of motor OD claims files. You will be required to interact with customers, investigators, surveyors, garage, marketing team, and provide solutions in consultation. It is essential to maintain TAT of all the claims and other parameters as per the guidelines. Conducting ageing analysis of OS claims as per the guidelines, preparing various MIS, completion of open and closed file audits, and submitting monthly and other periodical reports to and as per requested by Team Leader are also part of your job responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Handling motor claims within the region, including processing of motor OD claims files - Interacting with customers, investigators, surveyors, garage, marketing team, and providing solutions in consultation - Maintaining TAT of all the claims and other parameters as per the guidelines - Conducting ageing analysis of OS claims as per the guidelines - Preparing various MIS - Completion of open and closed file audits - Submitting monthly and other periodical reports to and as per requested by Team Leader Qualifications Required: - B.Tech/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics preferred - 0-3 years of experience - Good English communication skills (Oral as well as Written) - Good Data Management Skills - Good Computer knowledge (MS Excel) - Good reasoning and logical skills - Pleasing personality, self-driven Note: Salary range will be as per the industry norms.,
