Claims Executive

The job profile is for Executive / Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager - Claims located at E-8 EPIP, Tonk Road Sitapura, Riico Industrial Area, Sitapura, Rajasthan 302022. It is an On Roll position requiring a qualification of B.tech/ Diploma (Automobile/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics Preferred) with 0-3 years of experience. As part of this role, your responsibilities will include handling motor claims within the region, which involves processing motor OD claims files. You will be required to interact with customers, investigators, surveyors, garage, marketing team, and provide solutions in consultation. Additionally, maintaining the Turnaround Time (TAT) of all claims and other parameters as per guidelines, conducting ageing analysis of outstanding claims as per the guidelines, preparing various Management Information System (MIS), completing open and closed file audits, and submitting monthly and other periodical reports to the Team Leader. The ideal candidate for this role should possess good English communication skills (Oral as well as Written), Data Management Skills, Computer knowledge (MS Excel), reasoning and logical skills, and a pleasing personality with a self-driven attitude.
