Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare ILA, Final survey reports, drafting letter of requirements including other reports.
2. Updating new claim intimations, survey visits, received & pending documents, reports submission, etc in the register.
3. Updation of claims details in CMS software.
4. Follow up with insured for collection of documents and within the team to ensure minimum TAT.
5. All other relevant backoffice work.
Qualifications
Qualification: Any Graduate - B.Tech preferable
Note: Insurance industry experience mandatory.
