Claim Executive

Key responsibilities

· Claims processing: Manage the end-to-end claims cycle, including assessment, validation, calculation of benefits, and settlement.

· Operational oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processing of policies and claims and coordinating with other departments like underwriting.

· Customer and stakeholder management: Engage with customers and intermediaries to resolve queries and complaints, providing excellent service.

· Documentation and compliance: Ensure all claims documentation is accurate and complete, and adhere to all legal, regulatory, and company policies.

· Process improvement: Analyze and implement process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality.

· Fraud prevention: Investigate potentially fraudulent claims and analyze information to identify inconsistencies.

· Reporting: Prepare and present reports related to claims operations and financial data.

· Technical skills: Proficiency in insurance software, MS Office, and data management.

· Soft skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
