We are looking for a meticulous and customer-focused Claim Adjudicator who can assess and process warranty claims with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities 🔍 Claims Evaluation & Processing Review and adjudicate claims related to accidental damage and extended warranty coverage. Verify supporting documents such as invoices, photos, repair reports, and customer statements. Interpret policy terms, conditions, and exclusions to determine claim eligibility. Calculate claim settlements in line with policy coverage and applicable deductions. 📞 Customer Communication Engage with claimants to collect necessary documentation and clarify claim-related information. Clearly communicate claim decisions and provide timely status updates. 🤝 Team & Vendor Collaboration Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and issue resolution. Liaise with service centers and third-party vendors to confirm repair costs and service outcomes.
