· Evaluation of Technical specification / application of Standards and Codes requirement
· Cost Estimate / BOQ Preparation
· Tender Document / Scope Evaluation
· Knowledge of Technical Bid Evaluation
· Knowledge of Vendor / OEM Document
QA / QC Procedures review and vetting of Vendor / OEM Document
