Position Title: Civil Trainer (Building Construction Services – B2C Segment)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Civil Trainer with strong Residential Building , commercial building, multi storied building knowledge and practical experience in civil construction to train and mentor our Lead Generation, Sales, and Marketing teams. The trainer will simplify technical civil engineering concepts into easy-to-understand modules, ensuring our client-facing teams can confidently pitch, explain, and close construction service deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training modules on civil construction services, including project stages, materials, compliance, and costing.
• Train Lead Generation team to effectively communicate construction basics to prospects.
• Guide Sales & Marketing team on service offerings, pricing strategies, differentiators, and objection handling.
• Conduct workshops, role-plays, and practical case studies for real-world client scenarios.
• Prepare easy-to-use sales toolkits (FAQs, service decks, comparison charts).
• Mentor the team continuously to improve technical communication and client confidence.
• Collaborate with Operations/Project teams to update training content with latest trends & practices.
• Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide structured feedback.

Key Deliverables

• Training module for Lead Generation team (Basic technical orientation).
• Training module for Sales & Marketing team (Service depth, pitching & objection handling).
• Monthly refresher training & assessments.
• Sales toolkit documents (FAQs, rate analysis basics, case studies).

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in residential/commercial construction (execution, supervision, client interaction).
• Prior training, teaching, or mentoring experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction costing, BOQ, rate analysis, and project management basics.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Ability to convert technical language into simple client-focused explanations.

Pay: ₹25,500.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
