Civil Supervisor

As a Civil Supervisor, your role will involve overseeing and managing civil construction projects to ensure timely completion, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations. You should possess excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively motivate and direct a team of construction professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage civil construction projects, including site preparation, excavation, and infrastructure development. - Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines. - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety. - Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that may impact project progress. - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. - Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship. - Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols. - Manage and supervise a team of construction workers, providing guidance and direction as needed. - Prepare and submit reports on project progress, issues, and concerns. - Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in civil construction supervision. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. - Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols. - Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Professional Engineer (PE) license. - Experience with project management software and tools. - Certification in construction management or a related field.
