We are currently undertaking a prestigious project – the construction of a grand Prayer Hall to enhance our spiritual and cultural atmosphere. Role Summary We are looking for an experienced and committed Civil Supervisor to take charge of the Prayer Hall construction. The ideal candidate must ensure high-quality construction, timely execution, and adherence to traditional architectural aesthetics blended with modern engineering. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site operations and ensure smooth workflow Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and contractors Interpret and implement structural and interior drawings with precision Maintain quality control and safety standards at the site Monitor construction progress and prepare daily/weekly reports Ensure proper use of materials and control wastage Supervise labor teams and allocate tasks effectively Troubleshoot site challenges and provide timely solutions Maintain all site documentation, logs, and reports Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience (religious/institutional projects preferred) Sound knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing works, and detailing Familiarity with Vastu or traditional Indian temple design is a plus Strong communication and team management skills Proficient in MS Office and basic construction software Detail-oriented with a passion for quality construction Why Join Us?
