Civil Supervisor – Drain Construction

Job Purpose:
To supervise and manage the construction of RCC drains, manholes, culverts, and related civil works at site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day execution of drain and utility works at site.
• Ensure line, level, slope, and finishing of RCC drains as per drawings.
• Monitor excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and curing activities.
• Coordinate with engineers for drawings, material requirements, and inspections.
• Maintain work progress records, manpower, and daily site reports.
• Ensure safety of workers and adherence to quality standards.
• Solve site-level issues and report hindrances to the Project/Site Engineer.
• Guide workers and subcontractors for effective and productive work.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of RCC drains, utility works, and civil construction.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, levels, and cross-sections.
• Team handling and leadership skills.
• Basic record-keeping and communication skills.
• Awareness of safety practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering (preferred-not compulsary) or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in drainage/utility/civil works (road projects preferred).

Work Conditions:

• Site-based role, requires working outdoors.
• Extended hours may be required as per project needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
