Job Description

Position : Civil & Structural Lead

Qualification :

Bachelors degree / M.tech in civil engineering

Work Experience:

Minimum
15 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry

Experience in Field Engineering and Basic/FEED Engineering will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

Successfully managed projects with a minimum of 30,000 man-hours and led teams of at least 20 members at peak
Responsible for project scheduling and resource management to meet deadlines
Proficient in engineering man-hour estimation based on deliverables and quantities
Experience in change management related to input revisions and additional scope of work
Strong expertise in the analysis and design of steel and concrete structures, including:

Pipe racks, shelters, technology structures
Foundations, equipment foundations, and machine foundations involving dynamic analysis

Proficient in the design of industrial buildings such as substations, control rooms, and administrative buildings
Familiarity with international engineering codes and standards

Software Proficiency:

Mandatory:

STAAD. Pro

Preferred / Added Advantage:

GT STRUDL (Analysis)
Foundation Design Software: Foundation3D, Mat3D, ETABS
3D Model Review Tools: Navisworks, SPR
Finite Element Modeling (FEM): Abaqus, SAP, SolidWorks
