Job Requirements Structural Engineer Provide strong technical leadership in structural domain for Oil & Gas both upstream/downstream assets Provide technical solution in the area of structural Offshore/Onshore Asset Integrity Has ability to provide innovative solutions /automations/ methodologies to build a differentiation for Quest Global Structural Integrity Plan Management and Execution Foundations and pilings for equipment and structures Dynamic analysis of foundations and structures Drive and manage Engineers to execute structural Integrity workflows with Quality at scale Provide pre-sales support for new business deals and post-sales support for the new projects assigned Drive core team members to recruit skilled resources and train internal resources to build required competency Coordinate the activities between customer, sales organization and global technical teams Flexible to make short business trips to offshore offices & sites Lead, develop, nurture and manage global customer relationships and drive strategic partnering initiatives to address unique business situations and complex technology needs Review technical scoping, estimation, perform feasibility studies, mapping customer expectations and design solutions
