Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare detailed MEP drawings (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and utilities) as per project specifications, codes, and client requirements.
Develop GA drawings, layouts, sections, schematics, and detailed construction drawings during detailed engineering stages.
Modify and update drawings based on design changes, review comments, and coordination requirements.
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure proper integration of MEP systems and clash-free designs.
Use AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks for drafting, modeling, and coordination support.
Ensure timely submission of accurate drawings in line with project schedules and quality standards.

Skills & Competencies –

Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks.
Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical layouts).
Ability to prepare and interpret detailed engineering and construction drawings.
Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination and clash detection support.
Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and good drafting practices.

Education –

ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
