Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities 1.Understand business needs and create and manage tools accordingly. 2.Study system flow, data usage, and work processes following the software development lifecycle. 3.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance products. 4.Update and maintain software and products. 5. Develop high-quality software design and architecture. 6. Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle. 7. Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code. 8. Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting. 9. Review and debug code. 10. Perform validation and verification testing. 11. Collaborate with internal teams to fix and improve products. 12. Document development phases and monitor systems. 13. Ensure software is up to date with the latest technologies. 14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 15. Strong problem-solving and time-management skills for enhanced productivity. 16. Ability to work independently. Education - B.Tech (IT / CSE) /BCA Skills & Competencies 1.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a highly accurate, detail-oriented, logical, and creative mindset. 2.Proficiency in .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, WebAPI, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, HTML, AJAX, HTML5. 3.Experience with MS SQL Server 2008 2019, SQL, T-SQL. 4.Proficiency in C# and VB.Net. 5.Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, SSRS. (Desired but not mandatory)
