MASCOT INFRA-PROJECTS LLP is hiring a Civil Site Supervisor with 5 to 7 years of work experience for a location at On Site/Unit- 103, Acme Industrial Park, IB Patel Rd, near The Fern Hotel, Jay Prakash Nagar, Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400063. The role primarily involves overseeing all Turnkey/Civil related work. Key responsibilities include having proper knowledge of Turnkey/Civil Work, carpentry, POP, furniture, and plumbing. The supervisor must be able to measure & map land areas using advanced tools, analyze data for site boundaries and structural feasibility, possess knowledge of AutoCAD and site measurement, and know how to remove quantity. They will provide accurate reports to support engineering and design efforts, meet with clients for Civil Work and Site Exhibition Department, and supervise on-site activities like furniture, POP, painting, and floor work. The position requires maintaining proper record on-site and reporting to a superior, with the possibility of visiting sites Pan India. The required gender is Male, age Below 35 Years, and the working hours are 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Compensation is ?3,60,000 to ?4,20,000 PA, and the interview mode is 1-2 rounds of personal interview.
