Civil Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor with 1–3 years of experience in construction and site management. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring work quality, and coordinating between the site and head office. This role requires strong field supervision skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage manpower and materials efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work progress as per schedule.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams to execute construction plans effectively.
• Maintain site records, including attendance, material usage, and progress reports.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety and design specifications.
• Handle material and labor management and ensure optimum resource utilization.
• Report daily progress and site issues to management.
• Inspect and verify civil works like concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of construction materials.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of civil site operations and construction practices.
• Ability to manage manpower and work efficiently under deadlines.
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction or site supervision (residential or commercial projects preferred).
• Willing to stay on-site as per project requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 20,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
• Accommodation and food allowance provided at site.
