Civil Site Supervisor

Mahodadhi Homes Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors for timely project execution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential or commercial construction projects and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety norms.
• Coordinate with project engineers, architects, contractors, and laborers.
• Monitor daily progress and prepare work schedules.
• Maintain material inventory and ensure proper usage on site.
• Ensure site safety and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate major concerns to the project manager.
• Verify measurements and quality of executed work.
• Maintain site records including labor attendance, material receipts, and daily progress reports.
• Requirements:
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 1–4 years in site supervision (residential/commercial projects preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,500.78 per month
