Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior site supervisors in overseeing construction projects
- Monitor site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with laborers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Record and report site progress, issues, and incidents
- Assist in implementing quality control measures and ensuring adherence to project specifications
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in construction or site supervision
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of construction practices and safety regulations
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn quickly and take direction from senior supervisors
