Civil Site Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage site operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision, resource planning, and coordination to ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
• Verify measurements and materials used at the site.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and project timelines.
• Handle on-site problem-solving and immediate decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience, preferably in residential/commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD and other software's
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office and site documentation.
