Role & responsibilities

Project Execution:

Ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality standards

Site Management:

Supervise the construction work at the site and monitor progress.
Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, efficiently.
Identify potential delays or issues and report them to the Project Manager for timely resolution.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and standard

Safety Compliance:

Implement and ensure compliance with safety protocols at the site.
Conduct toolbox talks and enforce site safety regulations among workers

Coordination:

Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders for approvals and updates
