Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Ensure quality control during construction projects by conducting regular site visits, inspections, and testing. Oversee project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion within budget constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve design-related issues and optimize project outcomes. Conduct quantity surveys and prepare estimates for materials required for construction projects. Develop and maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and milestones. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in civil site engineering or a related field (residential projects). Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards for residential buildings. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
