Job Description

You will be responsible for the planning and execution of projects in Navi Mumbai. Your role will involve monitoring projects, providing feedback to the Reporting Manager and Management, estimating works, and liaising with clients and local authorities. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) include planning, coordinating, and supervising technical aspects of construction projects, solving technical issues, setting out and surveying the site, checking technical designs, supervising staff, ensuring project packages meet specifications, providing technical advice on site, preparing reports, adhering to EHS norms, preparing cost estimates, managing materials and tools at the site, negotiating with suppliers, scheduling work, attending project review meetings, organizing training sessions, ensuring quality and best construction practices, proper documentation, accurate record-keeping, correct measurements and valuation, site management, timely report submission, visiting sites and clients as required, liaising with local authorities, tracking material wastage, and any other assigned tasks. Required skills include proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and preferably MS Project/Primavera and CAD software tools. Qualifications should include a BE in Civil Engineering or Diploma with 8 to 10 years of experience, and work experience of 4-5 years.,
