We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Site Engineer to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The role involves managing site activities, ensuring high-quality work, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with project teams to deliver results on time and within budget. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to resolve on-site challenges efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all civil site activities to ensure project execution as per the planned timeline and quality standards.
• Manage day-to-day operations at the construction site, including labor management and material handling.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements on the site.
• Assist in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and site issues.
• Estimate quantities and manage procurement of construction materials as required.
• Monitor the use of machinery and equipment at the site to ensure optimal utilization.
• Oversee quality control and ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with specifications.

Qualification & Skills:

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in civil site supervision and project execution.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in construction software, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle site pressure effectively.
