Project Planning and Management: Develop project plans and specifications. Coordinate with various stakeholders involved in the project. Ensure project deadlines and budgetary requirements are met. Site Management: Supervise construction activities on site. Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks and inspections. Ensure materials and methods meet project specifications. Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses. Optimize resource utilization and efficiency. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of construction activities. Prepare regular progress reports and other documentation as required. Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce safety standards and protocols. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a Civil Site Engineer or similar role in construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or certification. Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Experience with CAD software and other design tools.
