Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily site operations, including labor, materials, and equipment. Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications. Ensure work is executed as per approved designs, safety standards, and timelines. Monitor and inspect site activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and codes. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants for smooth project execution. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, labor records, and site documentation. Assist in the preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and material requisitions. Identify and resolve technical issues or design discrepancies on-site. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking. ies Preferred candidate profile 1-5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (building construction, civil construction). Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution. Strong understanding of building construction processes, including reading construction drawings & blueprints. Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
