Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for a well-organized site engineer with strong leadership skills to join our growing team. The site engineer's responsibilities include managing different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports for different stakeholders. You should be able to work alongside various professionals and create work schedules that meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Supervision: Oversee and manage daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
• Technical Advice: Provide technical guidance, solve construction-related challenges, and ensure that project designs are accurately implemented.
• Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders for seamless construction progress and problem-solving.
• Survey & Site Layout: Conduct site surveys, set out levels, and verify that all work follows engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Resource Management: Plan and organize resources, materials, and equipment to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare reports, and manage paperwork related to permits and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Typically 3–5 years in construction or site management roles.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CAD software, project management tools, and construction methods.
• Project Management: Strong organizational and leadership skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
