B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 10 years in site execution and construction project management

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Civil Engineer to oversee site execution activities, manage contractors, and coordinate effectively with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of civil construction processes and strong leadership in site management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage civil construction works at the project site.
• Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and timeline.
• Handle daily contractor coordination and resolve on-site issues.
• Manage client communications, updates, and inspections.
• Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and site logistics.
• Prepare and verify BOQ, DPRs, material requirements, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams as needed.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site supervisors.

Skills Required:

• Strong site execution and civil engineering knowledge
• Excellent client handling and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in managing labour and contractors
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings & site layouts
• Familiar with project tracking, billing, and documentation
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, etc.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, site-based role
• Willingness to travel if required by project scope

Commensurate with experience and industry standards
