Job Title: Civil Safety Supervisor

Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Civil Safety Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety Management:

- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions

- Enforce safety regulations and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety laws

- Team Management-

- Supervise and manage construction teams, providing guidance and training on safety procedures

- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to ensure a safe and efficient working environment

- Conduct safety meetings and training sessions to promote a safety-conscious culture

Requirements:

-Education:

- Diploma or Graduate in Safety , any certification in Safety Standards

- Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction supervision or a related role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,359.73 - ₹25,966.60 per month
