For MGU Project- Kottayam: To manage all post-contract quantity surveying activities, including the measurement of works, preparation of interim valuations, cost monitoring, subcontractor payments, and supporting project financial closeout, ensuring commercial control and contractual compliance throughout the project execution phase.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
2. 3–5 years of relevant experience in post-contract QS roles.
3. Sound knowledge of contract conditions (e.g., CPWD, local contracts).
4. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word,
5. Strong analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills.
6. Practical exposure to construction site environments.
Preferring experience in Billing with KIIFB, NHM, Hites Projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
