Position:

About the Role

Lab Technician

Key Responsibilities

Perform on-site and laboratory testing of construction materials (cement, concrete, aggregates, soil, bitumen, steel, etc.).
Ensure compliance with IS codes, project specifications, and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain test reports, logs, and documentation for project records.
Calibrate and maintain testing equipment as per requirements.
Support the site quality team in identifying and resolving material-related issues.
Liaise with project engineers and quality managers regarding test results and recommendations.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and discipline within the laboratory.

Candidate Requirements

Education:
Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering, Material Testing, or relevant field.
Experience:
5–10 years in construction material testing, preferably in
high-rise residential building projects
.
Strong knowledge of IS codes and testing procedures for construction materials.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good record-keeping, communication, and reporting skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:
30,000 per month (3.6 LPA).
Facilities:
Only salary provided.

will be offered by the company.
