Job Description

executing site work as per approved drawings and instructions

Key Responsibilities:

Read and understand
approved drawings
and execute work accordingly.
Supervise daily
site activities and manpower
(mason, carpenter, bar bender, helpers, etc.).
Ensure work is carried out as per
drawings, specifications, and instructions
from engineers.
Coordinate with
site engineers, QA/QC, MEP, and contractors
for smooth execution.
Check
line, level, alignment, and workmanship
during execution.
Ensure
materials are used properly
and avoid wastage.
Maintain
daily work progress
and report issues to the site engineer.
Follow
safety rules
and ensure safe working practices at site.
Rectify defects and support closure of
snag lists / NCRs
.

Qualification & Experience:

ITI / Diploma
in Civil or relevant trade preferred.
58 years of experience
as Site Foreman in building construction.
Ability to
read drawings and take measurements
.
Good knowledge of
construction methods and sequencing
.
Basic communication and coordination skills.
