1. Define the Job Role and Responsibilities

A clear job description is crucial for attracting the right candidates. Based on your needs, a structural engineer's role can vary, but generally includes:

* Design and Analysis: Performing calculations and designing structural elements for buildings, bridges, or other infrastructure.

* Code Compliance: Ensuring all designs comply with local and international building codes (e.g., IBC, Eurocodes, etc.).

* Drawing Production: Creating detailed structural drawings and specifications for construction.

* Site Support: Providing technical support to construction teams, responding to RFIs (Requests for Information), and conducting site inspections.

* Collaboration: Working with architects, MEP engineers, and other professionals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
