Job Title: Civil Engineer/Architect
Looking for a Civil Engineer /Architect with knowledge of building material design and site visits. Responsible for planning, Scheduling, Estimation, costing, BBS, supervising, and ensuring quality in construction work.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review building material designs, Interior drawings, Elevations
Prepare estimates and costing
Prepare BBS
Review quotation from vendors/sub contractors
Coordinate with sub contractors and vendors
Conduct regular site visits and inspections
Monitor ongoing activities on site
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architecture
Experience: Worked with civil consultant/Architect
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
