1. Technical supervision of projects work
2. Verification of bills of quantities
3. reconciliation of on going civil work such as layout, RCC work, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, plumbing & interior (faade, structural glazing, wall cladding etc.)
4. Monitoring and work out the quantities of required materials as per the drawings and to place the indents/requirement for procurement, to take the follow up the same to insure the delivery of procurement, to take the follow up the same to ensure the delivery of the material at the site.
5. organizing weekly and fortnightly meeting with contractors for progress review and to plan the construction activities to achieve the given targets.
6.Site preparations, mobilization of the contractors/sub- contractors of carrying out activities as preschedule plans.
7. maintaining proper quality of work.
8.Preparing, maintaining and submitting the daily/weekly/monthly site progress report and maintaining the status of site work.
