Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget forecasts
• Oversee all phases of construction from design to execution and handover
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design integrity

• Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimations, and financial reports
• Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

• Vendor & Contractor Management

• Identify, negotiate, and onboard suitable contractors and vendors
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and adherence to timelines
• Review contracts and enforce compliance with safety and quality standards

• Project Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety norms, and company policies
• Generate regular progress and status reports for senior management

• Quality & Compliance

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction quality and specifications are met
• Coordinate with local authorities for permits and approvals

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in residential and commercial construction projects
• Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, and construction management
• Proficient in project management tools (Primavera/MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
