Supravina is looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our site execution team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have 7 years of hands-on experience in managing day-to-day construction activities, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality control, and driving timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee execution of civil works as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Monitor progress, labour deployment, and daily site activities
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site discipline
• Prepare site reports, measurements, and documentation
• Support planning and timely completion of milestones
Desired Candidate Profile:
• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 7 years experience in building construction, preferably high-rise / commercial projects
• Strong technical knowledge in shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, blockwork, plaster, finishing, etc.
• Ability to independently manage site operations
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be available for immediate joining
